1. Capacity Building & Handicrafts Promotion Program

Location: Khairpur mirs

This Project "Nara Crafts Person Capacity Building & Handicraft Promotion Program" have been initiated for keeping in consideration the grim picture of the handicrafts sector. This intervention have been designed to established first ever crafts capacity building and marketing initiative that would engage master craftsperson’s and providing them entrepreneurship opportunities so as to generate their business for enabling them a viable element of the society. This will also serve as a source of cluster based production house with complete market driven design intervention.

2. Finishing & Training Center

Location: Khairpumirs

This project “Nara Crafts persons finishing & training Center” is designed to establish crafts finishing & Training center based at Khairpur focusing on Nara Crafts. To Provide an opportunity to the craftsperson’s to learn the quality & Finishing through on job training on handmade Products. To promote Artisans through promotion of crafts & creating new income generation opportunities and to increase demand & supply of handicrafts through reducing the cost of manufacturing.
To make handicrafts up to the level of urban market and with quality focusing finishing & material and make artisans familiar with urban trends and Products to finish them with their own hands.

3. BBSYDP Program 2014-2015

Location: Khairpumirs

This Project "Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program" is an initiative to train female youth in hand embroidery to upgrade their skill by working giving training with skilled master trainers and overcome poverty & unemployment issues and after trainees being trained they will find easy to create their income at their door step with their skill in hand embroidery & stitching.

4. Adolescent & Adult Learning And Training Program" (AALTP)

Location: Khairpumirs

Indus Crafts Foundation ICF in Collaboration with Sindh Education Foundation Govt: of Sindh, has started a project in April 2017 named as AALTP (Adolescent & Adult Learning and Training Program)
The project aimed to provide Non Formal Education, Skill Development and Employment opportunities to the rural women of Sobhodero & Amb at khairpur and Kathore & Karim dino Shar at Nara Khairpur under banner of Indus Crafts Foundation.
Indus Crafts Foundation imported technical education to the adult learners in different trades to 82 learners in the first very phase of the project.

ICF completed the training of four months in all trades, providing quality Technical education with its professional team. ICF trained trainees to develop quality in every skill to compete with market standards.

5. Consultancy Services For UN Women Project

Location: Khairpumirs

Indus Crafts Foundation (ICF) performed consultancy services to Pahel Pakistan in Women Economic Empowerment Project by UN Women. The project focus was four trades: 1. Basketry, 2. Applique work, 3. Embroidery work & 4. Crochet Work. ICF trained 500 trainees by providing 20 trade specific Vocational trainings.
The main purpose of trade-specific vocational and technical training on Applique work is to enhance the vocational skills of Women Home-Based workers to make innovative products according to market requirements and improve the designing, finishing, and presentation of existing handicrafts produced under this trade.   
 Objectives of Training:
·         To enhance the existing Vocational Skills of Women Home-Based Workers
·         To provide practical training on making innovative handicraft products under the supervision of experts in their villages
·         To improve understanding of WHBWs about the importance of marketing and packaging and value addition in handicraft products
·         To provide exposure to the market to Women Home-Based Workers for improvement of the supply chain and value chain of products
